Biggest 'wish' each year? WLW! I've managed every year for a good long time... 'til last fall... Boo-Hoo! Oh well, always next year, right?

Four Roses PS (Any one of several yeast strains is fine) for special occasions. For everyday, the Weller 12:Weller 107 Antique blend.

I will add my voice to the chorus of the affordable bonded bourbon with the WT101 and OFSig thrown in for good measure. If I had to restart my stock from scratch my very first purchase would be from that category.

One "must have" on my shelf at all times? Beam. If I don't have something from the Beam distillery on the bar, the whiskey nervosa sets in pretty bad. Knob Creek is normally what I keep on hand, but Beam Black fits the bill nicely too.

I can totally do without, but if I have to pick one it would be Four Roses Single Barrel. :toast:

Can't say I have just one "must have" but I do have a few things that I always replace the moment I finish a bottle: VOB BIB, JTS Brown BIB, FR1B, Rittenhouse BIB and OGD114. Nowadays, I'd say Larceny could join that list too, as everyone seems to love it (including me) and the price is ridiculously low.

Still EC12 for me but I might have to add OGD114 to the list. I finally opened the bottle I have and cannot for the life of me understand why I waited to open it.

At this point in time, and it could change later (of course), I think I will always have a Smooth Ambler Old Scout open.

Always have to have Elijah Craig 12 (preferably ECBP), and Evan Williams Single Barrel. Both are easy to find, and tasty.

As this time in my life, having to make choices, it would be Weller 12yo for the Bourbon side of it and Bulleit 95 Rye for the whiskey side!

I've always got to have a good Wild Turkey open and ready to pour. I have a Kentucky Spirit in rotation now, but for years I was flush with Russells Reserve 101 after I found a stash of them in Berlin, NJ. WT is the benchmark, for me, when it comes to bourbon.

I'm down to my last dimple bottle of Old Forrester BIB. When that one's gone, I will shed a tear.

Gotta go with something that's available first and foremost. It needs to work in mixed drinks and neat. For me, that's Buffalo Trace by just a hair over 4R Small Batch.

For my wife, it's Blantons 'cause it puts a smile on her face. Yeah, I'm a sucker but you know what? That's okay with me.

I'm surprised how many people say Four Roses Small Batch

For me its Four Roses Single Barrel, I cheat on her every once and awhile when I want to explore but I always come back to her. Also, SAOS BP Rye
