Rock Hill Farms (then ETL and Blanton's when that runs out)

Bowman Bros. Small Batch

Four Roses Single Barrel

Weller (OWA, WSR and if I can find W12)

Stagg Jr.

OK, so I cheated by grouping a few related together. ER10 pops on and off the list regularly and WT101 & RR SiB are rising. But if had to pick only one, probably the 4R SiB.

OWA

ETL

ER10

W12

OGD114 is a new one for me. Sad it's gone away.  With my Christmas haul this morning I have 4 bottles of it to last me.

If I added a rye it would be Baby Saz. Haven't had a Sazerac cocktail with anything else that comes close.

Interesting group. Four from Buffalo Trace - 2 wheaters and 2 low rye bourbons, and one very high rye bourbon from Beam.

Nothing wrong with it, just surprising that OGD114 works for you that well since low rye seems to be your jam.

I was kinda surprised too. I'm a fan of high proof so I think that's where I'm digging it. ECBP is one of my "not available" favorites.

Round 3, the first two in the list have been staples in Fave Lists in the last two years for me:

Stagg Jr (Batch 3 and 6)

Blanton's Straight from the Barrel

Wild Turkey 12 Year Old

Weller 12

Wild Turkey 13 Year Old

I had some Pappy 15 and Stagg Sr (still have a little bit of it) and they'd make it in the list but are so rare and unavailable calling them a fave would be a little exaggerated.

Weller

Weller

I just had to 'cause I am a Weller whore. ;)

But seriously, off the top of my head and in no particularly order....

OWA

Weller SR

Weller 12

BT

HH6 BIB

Like SpecialReserve stated in a previous post, I could go a long time with only these five bourbons.

Cheers! Joe

I do not know what order they would be in, but at the moment they would be:

OGD114

EC12

HMck BIB 10yr

OWA

WT101

Four Roses Single Barrel

Evan Williams Single Barrel

Henry McKenna 10 SB BIB

Stagg Jr.

I'm struggling to fill a fifth spot.  Whatever HH/BT wheater is easy-ish to find I guess.  Larceny or OWA maybe?  I lean toward HH wheaters but BT wheaters have been tasting good lately

OK, good fun here.  The OP's ground rules were your current top-5 american whiskies, no store selects and currently available.  I would like to say Four Roses PS, but those are store selects.  Also american whiskies would include ryes, I assume.  So,

SB blend

Russell's Res. SiB Bourbon

Bourye

Booker's

Craig BP

Four Roses Single Barrel

HHBIB

Maker's 46/private selection

Weller Special Reserve

Pikesville rye

There are lots of others that I drink/enjoy, but these are pretty much what I have settled into on a regular basis, because I can find these with ease.
