I have a few iterations of KC on hand, but only one of those 9 yr special reserve bottles I bought about 4-5 years ago and haven't cracked it yet.  I'm trying to cull some of my open bottles but these posts have me sorely tempted to open it.

My wife and I went out to brunch late this morning. Cutting to the chase, coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. Either way, I can take a hint. I didn’t get a picture of the back bar. There were several cubicles with bottles on glorifiers. They were separated by bottles of BT on glorifiers, and each of the cubicles contained a bottle of BT on a glorifier. Probably somewhere between 8-10 bottles of BT displayed on the back bar.   I’m having a couple of pours of BT this evening. Yeah, go figure.

Can't speak to any prior releases as I have only had this one and very much appreciate the sample as it was an excellent pour. You wont be disappointed.

Got together with a couple of guys from our bourbon cigar group. We had BT, 100 month old Beam from a decanter, and Weller SB. Not a bad evening, even though it was 90° out.
