JamesW
Hey, those aren't lame, especially the Wathens...that's a nice find.I was just being facetious ... but I agree. The Wathens is very fine bourbon, my third bottle of it and I'm mightily impressed with the quality. I've been paying only $23 per bottle for it so it's a best value for me as well.I just want some more VWFRR13!! :smiley_acbt:

Though after my drive around yesterday and all the stores I ran across I had never seen. I may need a new shelf soon.Tony
onmytrack
Wow awesome haul! My 2 fav's! How much were those puppys? and can Doug come through for me too? Mid $60's each, including tax and shipping to CA. The best price I can find in So Cal for PVW 15 is $65 including tax and I would have to drive to Los Angeles (no shipping from this store). I can't find the VWFRR 13 at any price in So Cal.Doug comes through for a lot of SB members, I'm sure he would be able to set you up.Jim
CajunKY
Came across Rowan's Creek on sale for $29 today but decided to wait since I grabbed another bottle of OWA 7yr. For the money, and not having had Rowan's before, is it worth adding to the bar? Noah's Creek was also on sale for $39.
jburlowski
Added another PVW 15 and a Lot B to the bunker.

The OC12 is very good. Also picked up an 03 OWA 375 and an 06 OWA liter.
fishnbowljoe
Yesterday at the SB get together at Binny's, I purchased three Binny's Weller 12's, and a 08 BTAC ER17. Plus, through trades I got two ER101 375's and a handle of 91 Old Forester BIB. Not a bad day at all. Joe

Joe Sounds like a great haul Joe...I really wanted to make it yesterday...hopefully things will work out better for me next time. I didn't buy anything yesterday...I planned on picking up some bottles at the meet but that didn't work out. I'm heading back to Houston this week so I'm going to try and pick up a bottle while I'm down there!

The Boozer
Came across 3 bottles of OWA 107 w/ age statement, plus the last bottle on the shelf of WLW and Handy, both 08'. All 5 came home with me. The OWA's make a baker's dozen for the bunker which should last me awhile, hopefully! . The store had the new OWA bottles, look nice but NAS. Now just waiting for the 09' BTA line-up to come in. TJ

unclebunk
Picked up two bottles of "old label" OWA last night, as well as two bottles of Old Rip Van Winkle 10/107. Lots of old label OWA in these parts, though I have seen the new label bottles creeping in to the area. Nearly pulled the trigger on the JRPS for $85 but couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money on a bottle. I'm sure some of you would have pounced on it but that's just too much for me.
