I got a Weller SR 7 Year today, and Ebay treated me to 4x Old Fitz minis from the 60s/70s for about $5 each. Not a bad price to check out some old SW juice.

OFBB 2006. Was pretty surprised to find it on the shelf, but it wasn't in the nicest area. I doubt anyone has hunted there recently. Bullet proof glass is a good indicator that I shouldn't stick around too long. :grin:

JayMonster, I know of a few places in the city where you can get some OWA for about $25. Have yet to find the 12 yr but I'll be happy to let you know when I do.

I can find the OWA... Just not the Single Barrel expression. The Weller 12 jas become my mythical unicorn... So yes, if you find it, please share the where.. Thanks.

Such high expectations as I set out today to peruse and dig through a few new locations I had found to go digging through... only to have those hopes dashed like a 49ers fan watching a punt return.

Came home with a bottle of Jim Beam Black. (Hey, I'm making bourbon chicken this weekend, and if you, like my wife, think my OWA is going towards that ...well... it just ain't happenin')

The PHC 10 124.2 is great bourbon. It is fabulous neat in the morning.

Picked up 2 bottles PHC Congac finish 2011 and 1 of Baker's. PHC goes to bunker since I have one open. Baker's I'm pouring for first time tonight. We'll see how it goes down.
