A few days late on this one, so I'll get it started.

Bought a few Willett bottles, some OWA, and FR over the past week.

Received an early gift from a friend: a private bottling of Bernheim Wheat. It lacks that "biscuity" flavor of the standard bottle, but is very good stuff, indeed!

Several bottles of HW Double Rye,two of which are gifts for friends,it's the first time any local store has carried any HW product of any sort,as I hope they soon get more.

Received a HW Rendezvous Rye as a gift for watching my neighbors dog...not a bad deal to let another 4 legged friend run around my house

Picked up a bottle of OWA and bottle of Elijah Craig 12YO this morning.

Haven't tried either yet - but with family visiting tonight, it'll be a good time for a mini-sampling party.

Santa delivered an Angel's Envy store blend bottling. I was able to sample a month or so back, fun interpretation.

Sadly, I haven't taken the time to post an introduction yet.

I did, however, find a bottle of A. H. Hirsch 16 Blue Wax tonight. I negotiated a price of $135 out the door. I believe tonight shall be a fine Christmas Eve for my fellow bourbon enthusiast brother and I.

Um, did they have another Hirsch? If so, where are you? I can be on a plane within the hour, Da Vinci Code style.

Tico, after opening the photo up at full size, it appears you are correct. I also realized that bottle I thought was a random Willett is actually an Old Commonwealth 10/107 - much better stuff than the newest versions of the ORVW 10/107 juice.

Yes, an old commonwealth I found in Europe. The PHC is this year's release and the V21 is a bottle I bought in NYC that I just picked up. I have another VWFRR and an 2006 OFBB to pick up. All of these are on the east coast and I have to figure out how to get them back to LA.
