Clavius
Bought a bottle of regular Four Roses Single Barrel today. Don't think I've tried this one in at least a year, possibly longer. Looking forward to cracking it open later tonight.

rlovingjr
In the last week I went for a wheater with the Old Fitz 12 YO and the Four Roses OBSVThe old fitz made me smile and the FR OBSV I am trying tonight. After the Old Fitz it seems almost too sweet but it doesn't finish that way. Time will tell.

miller542
ECBP 2nd release, just to keep the couple bottles of 1st release company in the bunker. I see a side-by-side on the horizon.
thiemb
I picked up a few of those Shorewood Willett 10s earlier this summer and cracked one open the other night. It's tasty stuff. The store owner thought it was a wheater but after a couple pours I'm pretty sure it's HH and another SBer thought the same. I initially got really excited because the barrel number was very close to the recent Binnys 8 yr Willett wheater which is amazing. Still, ill gladly drink some barrel proof EWSB. Enjoy! theglobalguy
Birthday shopping for yourself, are you? My wife snagged me a ECBP from the HH GS (the beauty of living in Louisville) but I figured I had to go for the BB!

Enjoy! It doesn't quite have as much bite as some of the high-rye bourbons I've been drinking but it has loads of caramel in my few tastings thus far - it's quite good.Have you seen a Willett FE Rye in higher years? I have a 4 that is good and a 10 year Bourbon that is very, very good. I imagine a higher aged rye would be splendid. I have an associate who is a big fan of ryes and I was thinking of procuring something nice for him.I have seen some in my bunker ;-) There's Saz18, VWFRR, and Rittenhouse 21 still either available or about to hit the shelves in the near future if you're looking for these older ryes. We should bring some bottles together and have a tasting! There are 20+ year Willett Ryes out there, but I don't know if there's any on the actual market, or just secondary.Josh-PM me for details.
