Aaron's Bunker : whiskey :: Tony Montana's desk : cocaine

This is very astute. Just like Tony prefers to cut his lines using his forearm, I take my Pappy by the imperial pint. Also, I drinking it in kind affords me all the pleasures of the... nose.

I usually have three of each bottle open at any given time. When I kill one I just replace it.

Wow! All those for under $50 or so? :lol:

Joe, you should know, I stocked up on these bad boys when I could find them for $15 at the corner grocery any day of the week. In a control state. In a dry county, no less.

There's another 1/2 dozen or so that make regular appearances.

I know they are "low end" ..

They are only "low end" on the price scale, not the flavor scale. Once again this thread proves that we all drink some pretty great bourbons that are pretty moderately priced.

Purchased, and opened a bottle of EC 12 last night as it showed up a lot in the previous four pages of posts.

im with you on that.....one a month. something new each time, until i find things that im determined to keep around. then it stays in the shelf stuff as i continue the one a month search. right now i only have two that stay on the shelf......KC120 and OGD 114. once i polish off the remains of the VOB BIB and OGD BIB, then i'll bring in a new one. im thinking of bringing an Ezra in next.........now, should it be the 7/101 or the 12/99?

decisions, decisions....
