Harry in WashDC
Getting ready to power wash the deck. Hence, something light but refreshing - Heartwood (Richmond VA) Cream Ale @ 4.4%ABV. Got all the parts to the washer assembled, hoses hooked up, ready to go tomorrow. Wish I had more than six of these. Wish I had some for tomorrow. EDIT - Hardywood, not Heartwood. Edited May 29, 2016 by Harry in WashDC HARDYWOOD, not Heartwood. One too many . . .

Joe Trunk is full of Pikesville 110 I picked up. I sure hope those corks don't pop. On the other hand, if they do, I'm OK. I use one of those plastic trays that have about a 4 inch lip around the outside. I just have to watch the sloshing.

DPPSmoker
I'm enjoying a Zaison from Brewery Vivant tonight. Brewery Vivant distributes in Michigan and Chicago area only. They make great Belgian style beers. Zaison is an imperial saison - I know, that just sounds weird. But Zaison is easily one of my top five thirst quenching beers. Very satisfying and refreshing. Darwin
I can't even begin to pronounce this one. Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Marzen A friend pointed me at this one, he had it in Germany and said it was great. It's a smoked marzen, I like it and it's not as heavy as I thought it would be. PaulO
Feldschlobchen Maibock from Dresden Germany is something that just happened to turn up at a local grocery store. Imagine a strong American malt liquor, except all barley malt, none of the cheap adjuncts. It's just a little darker than a typical lager, then there's a sweet malt aftertaste (like a malted milk ball candy).

Golzee
The weather has cooled off a bit, so I have decided to drink the last Dragons Milk I have. Not that I can't replace it, but, I don't really think of it as a summer beer.

Darwin
Deschutes' Obsidian Stout was the only thing in the fridge after doing my chores. It's a bit heavy for this time of year (in Phoenix), but I really do like their beers.

jvd99
Had St. Bernardus Abt 12 at the bar not knowing anything about it and it was great. Went to the store to pick some up and found the barrel aged version which was a LE from last year which went home with me.
smokinjoe
My It's 5:00 beer today is a Red Hare Watership Brown Ale. Brown Ales are very hit-or miss with me in general, for a number of reasons. Typically, these reasons are my own issues..., and not necessarily the beer itself. Today, this one is a HIT.
