fishnbowljoe
I lied in another thread. I went ahead and opened the Lot B. I feel I kinda deserve it. I've been doing a lot of "stuff" around the house lately while my wife has been occupied with other things. Cheers! Joe
Masset1982
Who's the winner ? At my sbs, the pappy won the fight. Unfortunately, it was my one and only bottle, I'll never be able to buy another, prices are nuts for this thing. Don't worth hundreds of dollars. Worth a try! At retail, go for it. Spade
Having a pour of WT101 with a big ice cube. The last two bottles I've had of this have been very good.

Can't go wrong with WT stuff, strong Kentucky straight bourbon, I'm a big fan of the 101 8 yo , not so much of the 81edition , it's water. I've never tasted their LE's , they seem to pricey. Cheers! JNeff33
Started with a buffalo trace old fashioned, some ETL, now on to Lagavulin Distillers and 200th Anniversary.
mbroo5880i
I am so set in my ways. I have lots of great options but I like to keep my open bottles to a minimum. I almost opened a superb KCSB (Vine & Table) but opted to continue to work on an open bottle of ER 10 SB (Crown). It is good too!

Clueby
Had a couple pours of Woodford at my company Christmas party at Dave & Buster's today. That and MM were really my only choices.

dcbt
Had an EC23 tonight, then a little Balcones bourbon, now some Seasoned Wood. Bout to light up the grill to throw some filets on. I see Blantons in my future for that. Edited December 11, 2016 by dcbt

mbroo5880i
I am still drinking, uh, let's see. Oh yeah, ER10. Who would have guessed?
Saul_cooperstein
Tonight side by side of RY10 and OWA. Both about the same in terms of quality for my palate but with very different profiles. Which I would choose for a drink would purely be mood dependent.
flahute
After spending most of the evening on the rye side of the aisle, I'm closing with a small pour of WTRB which is hitting the spot nicely.

Special Reserve
Weller Centennial, a repeat of yesterday. I wish I could do this everyday! It has been a while since I've had this wonderful pour. How thankful am I that but a decade ago I wandered into a small liquor in the middle of nowhere to find 6 bottles on their self coated with dust. Oh do I long for the good old days of productive dusty hunting.
BigRich
We had my company's annual holiday party on Friday night. One of the reasons that I don't drink much Maker's is because I more than get my fill at that party. I really enjoy the 3rd through 5th pours. Before that it's just so different from what I regularly drink that I have to reacquaint myself with it. After the 5th it's all just pretty much bourbon.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
JTaylor
Added some W12 to my SB blend to bring it to about 50-50... was at 3:2 but I think I like it a little better at 1:1...
Hop
It was Blanton's Gold to start then a nightcap of Old Charter 10yr - the latter better than the former at least for last night - feeling the sinus issues creeping in the last day or so...
