Took a tour of the new office building I move to Thursday. All contemporary, open seating, no desk - great for people in their 20's and 30's not so much for someone 25 years out of college like me. KCSB to get my mind right after that.

Sounds awful. One of the reasons I enjoy working in the trades. No offices, no desks! RRSiB for me. This is not a private stock/store selection but it's gooooood.

OF1920 doing the job tonight.  Read someone mention they tasted "chocolate covered cherries" when they drank it.  Maybe the power of suggestion, but I definitely get it, not overpowering.  A real good pour.

Daughter and SiL came over for dinner tonight. I had a Booker' s C 07-B-7 before Dinner and THH after. He went with Ritt bib, baby Saz, and THH before since he hasn't had Rye before, then he chose ECBP and SAOS Ten after. Very nice visit.

Started with some Coopers' Craft, now having some Woodford Reserve Brandy Finish to get the taste of the Coopers' Craft out of my mouth.

Picked up my first bottle of SAOS SB11 today after hearing it was discontinued. Really blown away. Going back for some more tomorrow.

Makers Old Fashioned with dinner, basic BT FOR dessert.  Got home and poured 1.5 oz. of VOB BIB "6" which is just out of my elbow's reach as I type this.

Drinking a healthy pour of ECBP.  Not happy with this bottle near the end and none in the bunker.  Been a while since I have seen this in MD and I am starting to get nervous.

Been keeping the cult membership current with some Small Batch this evening and some O....E.....S.....K.....!!!! the past two nights.

The latter is killing it with the root beer flavors.

MIL came in town yesterday.  Had a very stiff pour of Stagg Jr last night.  That helped.

Before or after? :D

With all the bru ha-ha surrounding Beam, I pulled a GBS KC120 from the cabinet and enjoyed a nice evening pour.

You poor bastard.

I will have to keep the Stagg Jr strategy in mind when my MIL visits next week. Dear god, the holidays are here again!

Fortunately I have a great MIL, but I'll still join you with a pour of Stagg Jr just 'cause. :)

It's 19 degrees tonight.

Perfect opportunity to open Midwinter Nights Dram from High West.

This year's batch is fantastic.  Lots of rich fruit flavors.

One of the few bottles I actively chase every year.
