I didn't change what I ate at all just how much of it - tried to only eat when I was hungry and only until I was full rather than clearing my plate as I was taught to do growing up. The other thing that worked best is weighing in once a week and if I lost a little great, if I stayed the same or gained then I paid more attention to how much I ate and walked more. The walking helped in many ways as I just feel better in general when I do it. Just thin and not fully blossomed yet. Plus that particular run of OBSO was stellar. That was one of the first ones bottled from warehouse US. I am pretty convinced that Howell Mountain on a sunny day is a glimpse of heaven. I went to a harvest party thrown by Howell Mountain vintners in the 1980's. Met Randy and Lori and so many others. The wines they all brought in unlabeled bottles to share with the immigrants who helped during harvest were rustic and absolutely fantastic. Old Bardstown lacks sweetness and ive seen some disparaging remarks said about it. First few pours almost turned me off but now that the bottle is half empty the air has done some good for it.
