Finished off an OBSV after fishing in the Montana backcountry with my son.  Glass?  I don't need no stinkin' glass.

Finished off a JWDantBIB.  It was a good soldier, often used for a mixer.

(Yes, 2 boxes of Rice Krispies, getting ready to make some treats.)

For various reasons, I just haven't been going through bottles as fast as I normally would as of late. Long story.  Below are a few that I have somehow managed to finish in the last few weeks. Some with a little help. ;)

Cheers! Joe

Tell me more about that Schnuck's bottle since they are a local grocer for me.

It's only $15.00 a liter, and not worth that IMHO. Not much flavor. All heat and alcohol. To be honest, half the bottle went down the drain.

Looks like a BT love fest! All three rank very high on my favorite finishes too. Oh, if those bottles could talk.

^^^^Yes, those soldiers gave me a lot of love!  So much so, that I always keep reinforcements at the ready!

Over the last month or two, a few more soldiers bit the dust over the weekend.  ECBP 140.2 proof, and a Henry McKenna BIB.

I bought that same batch last week.  Still some available at the Northland Gomers.

Said goodbye to another bottle of OWA this evening. They are so easy to kill at this point.

Its hunting season, killing turkeys. Need to re-up on the 8yo. A really tasty pour, about €30 a bottle, its a steal if you want my opinion.

Cheers!

Will.

Finished off a Baker's. Have had it for several years, but have not given it enough attention. I have one bunkered, and will always do so I think.

Finished off a Kentucky Derby 139 commemorative WR. From 2013 I think. I came across a newer bottle from the 143rd Derby yesterday, but passed on it, as I already have 5 bottles of WR in the bunker. I am partial to WR and Old Forester.

Another ECBP. Plenty in bunker and always one open. Always my daily pour.

Stagg Jr, I finally liking it now with it in the freezer. :)

Cheers,
Hugh

Lot of pepper and black licorice with this. Always a second or third pour though.

You sat at the airport for over a week????!!!     Now to me that is just an unconscionable flight delay.     I would NOT stand for such, if it were me.     Of course if they supplied the bourbon for free, I'd be less likely to complain.
