Taking a load off, one small pour of ER17 before crashing out. Sitting outside on this remarkably comfortable 90 degree evening.

I poured this for my dad last week, and his comment was: "This is terrible, leaves a bourbon aftertaste in your mouth for 15 mins."

A warm day called for some 4RYL out of the freezer after some yard work. After some burgers on the grill, we switched to gin and tonics for a bit. Now back to the bourbon with some OF1920. Feeling some RRSiB for the final pour of the evening.

I decided, after a longgggggg day of work, and facing an evening of packing up for a move across town, I decided to open up this bottle of Kentucky Vintage.  It was not disappointing, even with the slight frustration of trying to get that wax off as the strip broke.

Four Roses Single Barrel Limited Edition 2014 (108.4 Proof), thanks goes out to @Masset1982 for the chance. Very nice, very tasty, nice cinnamon, vanilla, nice little burn on the finish, pretty smooth. Quite different than the regular single barrel, seems thicker. I prefer the small batch over the single barrel in the regular batch, but this LE shit is very nice. I've never seen any here in GJ since 2015.

I just finished day one of the move, and I've got my angry eyes and horns growing out of my head, so there's only one thing left to drink before packing up the bar for the relocation.  Probably going to have a week off of anything resembling joy until the move is complete, but I'll probably celebrate with Angel's Envy just to balance things out.  :)

I see a shark and a snake and a crab claw and I don't know what else.  Every time I see one of your posts I wonder "What is that" ??

its nice but at the moment i think its hyped up a tad. ill have to revisit it more to get a true reflection.

it's a street art from Pandilla that i saw at South Beach, Miami. Between Washington Ave and Ocean Dr. close to the 10th st. Found it pretty nice so i took a picture of it.

Good luck to the craft outfits most (all maybe?) of the other big guys can't clear that bar.

I went to a store the other day to say hello to the manager and grabbed a 100ml bottle of WT101 since it's been a while since I had a bottle. When it crossed my lips I thought "Holy crap, why do I bother with all this other stuff so much!?"

If I had to choose between only being able to buy every Sazerac/BT product or only WT 101, I would I would choose WT101 and never regret it.

Hmmm...that might be an interesting topic to start. I think I'm with you, but don't make me choose between WT and HH. ????
