VERITAS Posted May 29, 2008 Share Posted May 29, 2008 Unfortunately I've got to wait a few days before tasting as I know the damage an open bottle of bourbon can do to clothes in a suitcase (despite being tied up in a plastic bag...) - I fly home Saturday, so I'll give notes then.I've got bottles 481 & 485 - different barrels. 481 is 7-1G and is 53.9% and 485 is 7-1H and is 54.7%.If I can convince the wife - I might go back and try to score a couple more bottles from different barrels and try to pick out the differences...
