Got a bottle of Julio's Jefferson 18 and another PHC 10

Was just about to order Abraham Bowman Virginia LE from Party Source but they just sold out. Kinda pissed. The last of it went freaking quick. :hot: i know my fault for waiting.

Anyone know if this barrel strength will be done again?

This was a PS only bottling, right? So I won't be able to find it anywhere else?

My order did not go through, I guess their ordering system was screwed up at the last minute...let some order then it went to negative 20 in stock. They called and decided to cancel the rest of my order cause that was the main reason why I ordered from them anyway to get the Bowman. I had been talking to Jay, but when I talked to the manager that day that canceled my order he said they were likely going to do another and yes PS is the only one that has done it and from what I understand will do it.

As far as the Pappy goes, I know dude sorry for CT. I guess Georgia just gets more or Atlanta from population size. I just had a call into the right people over the years after some loyalty to their stores.

I have gotten word that there will be a second barrel pick of Abraham Bowman Rye that will again be bottled at barrel strength. It sounds like the barrel has already been picked, so keep your eyes peeled in the somewhat near future. It is exciting that there is more of this to look forward to.

Finally got some AAA 10-year. All I have ever seen in SC is AA and AAA 10 star but today I found several bottles of 10 - year so it must have been sold in SC at some time in the past. Going to try it tonight.

Vintage Rye 23 x2

Willett 8 yr PS #375

Vintage Rye 23 is tasty for sure.. the 21 is better imo. 23 does show much more wood, but it's not out of control woodiness. lets see how this bottles gets after it airs out for some time.

I am speechless. These 2 scores are likely more than, or best case nearly, the entire rumored allocation for Colorado. There is no store that I know of that is going to sell anyone more than one VW15...and there is going to be a whole lot of buyers left out.

Hey, don't you have any connections with a name like that?

I feel your pain. One bottle per customer here in good old WA.

Please PM me with where in MD I can locate any amount of PVW 15 close to even half of this. Seriously. I will make the drive.

It would be better then driving hundreds of miles all over my sorry state hoping to acquire one or two.

ughhh. so . not . fair .

Between the PVW and the Elmer T Lee from Shopper's Vinyard, I drove 600+ miles in the last five days chasing bourbon in addition to working 10 hour days.

I'm tired, really tired, you guys can have the rest. I am slightly amused that the PVW hasn't even hit the shelves in my home state. If anyone in MD needs help finding stuff, let me know. I'll help if I can before I leave on vacation.

I'm heading down under to visit the Aussies and Kiwis to quaff wierd bourbons and good wines!

Weller 12 Year.

My home office desk is becoming my second bar, as it is now displaying the Weller, an ORVW 10/107, a Four Roses Single Barrel and an Angels Envy. All motivating me to power through the last few days of pure work hell and actually get back to enjoying life again sometime next week.

Took a little hour and a half drive north to Nashville after calling ahead to two stores. Pulled in 2 more PWV15's and 1 ORVW 10/107...making 10 PVW15's, 3 10/107's and a PVW20 for the week.
