smokinjoe
Blanton's to wash down a delectable pork tenderloin sammy at Harry & Izzy's in the Indy airport. Just enough time to slide into the Sky Club for a pour before boarding.
OscarV
OWA 107 A&L selection or the Brass Mug selection I don't remember which one. Both are young and hot and I splashed it on ice to get rid of them. It's a d*mn shame Buffalo Trace and/or Sazerac offers this green whiskey for private selections. GaryT
A lovely, healthy pour of my newly-relabled SB blend. :yum: I think the new label may have improved it!

smokinjoe
Wooo Doggie!!! What a thunderstorm just barreled through here. Tornado sireens, lotsa wind, hail, lightnin', side-a-ways rain, and the power out for a good hour. So, a little Dixie Dew Corn Whiskey out in the garage enjoying the calm after the storm. The croaking of the tree frogs is particularly loud, BTW. So, they must be enjoying the aftermath, too.
T Comp
Good, better and best tonight with Dickel 12, CEHT Tornado and WT Russell's Reserve 101. Man do I regret all the WTRR 101's I didn't bunker back in the day.
KyFriedChicken
WR4W. I feel like I'm swimming in a barrel. Not an everyday pour, but interesting every once in a while. The nose is clearly the best part.

Yeti
Started with OFBB12 and then switched to a few oz. of Dant DSP-113 from 89. This is a really interesting pour. It's straight up new-make flavor with a finish rounded by wood. But corn corn corn. I like it. It doesn't taste young at all, necessarily, just corn through and through. callmeox
I cracked open a WT 12 year split bottled in 5/98 for my birthday treat.Of course the cork snapped off as I tried to open it, but the Houdini came to the rescue followed by a replacement cork from an empty Saz Jr.Now that's some inter-distillery cooperation.:woohoo::woohoo:
JPBoston
Gonna have some plain ol' ordinary KC when I start up Game of Thrones season 2 tonight (catching the wifey up).... Nectar of the gods.
JLH3
My second night with WTKS, bottled on 9/19/12 from barrel #12, warehouse M, Rick 2. Have to say I'm feeling disappointed. For the money I'd rather drink Baker's. And from WT, I'd rather drink Russell's Reserve 10 and much, much rather drink Rare Breed.
sob0728
I was able to try Pappy 20 and Stagg last night, both for the first time. I have to say, I think the Stagg hype is well deserved. It was very good, I am definitely regretting not picking one up last fall. I wouldn't pay the current price tag for the Pappy 20 though.
