Went with a blend tonight. Maybe a 1/2 ounce of EWSB 02 left in the bottle, and decided to toss in some OFBB 12 to round it out the Glencairn.

Not a bad combination if I do say so.

I also went with a blend tonight, a lil PHC 6 with some EWSB 2002 to proof it down. I should have just gone with one or the other.

Had a first birthday party for my son, Haven, so shared the GTS09, PHC2012, but mostly the VOF10 which was the main hit with my family and friends. Also had lots of Weltenbuger Dunkel and Bock just like how it was in Regensberg! Beers are great but still wish for the Kneitinger bock.
