smknjoe
One of my favorite "session" beers. I assume you can't find it in Bama?
dean_martin
One of my favorite "session" beers. I assume you can't find it in Bama? Not in southwest Bama. I'm practically on top of the FL line and make most of my alcohol runs to Pensacola. I attended an annual seminar in Destin this weekend. The most enjoyable part for me is hitting all the adult beverage stores from Gulf Breeze to Destin. No Bear Republic last year but found it this year. smknjoe
Good find. Craft beers can be hard to find out that way sometimes. I used to live in the NE corner of the state and it was slim pickens most of the time.Nothin' like the Redneck Riviera. Sounds like fun.
stevegoz
Enjoyed a number of fresh New Glarus beers on draft -- including Moon Man IPA, Black Top, Two Women and Spotted Cow -- yesterday afternoon at the New Glarus Bacon, Cheese and Beer Festival. Bourbon Boiler
Pickens were a bit slim at the party yesterday, but it was a high school graduation after all. I alternated between Dos Equis and Leinie's Summer Shandy.
smokinjoe
Met up with Callmeox and Deansheen in Cleveland and knocked down several Great Lakes Brewing offerings at a few bars and the Tribe game. Burning River Pale Ale, Lake Erie Monster Seasonal, and my fave Dortmunder Gold. Great night and a great time. Thanks fellas!
AaronWF
Hop Notch IPA from Salt Lake City's Uinta Brewing Company. I'm really digging this stuff!I had one of these last night and was quite impressed. Great citrus hop forward summer IPA with substantial abv of 7.3% to back it up. This will be my next 6-pack.

smokinjoe
Met up with a buddy in Indy yesterday for golf, drinks, dinner, and laughs. Twilight golf on an absolutely glorious mid-western late afternoon in Carmel saw 7 Coors Lights each get downed during the round. Then, it was a few tall Sun King Sunlight Cream Ales at Champp's while watching Game 7, and evaluating the fine waitress staff talent... Really enjoyed the Sun King. Mixed in a few bourbons along the way, too...Looking back, I think it was a good call to save the midnight trip to PT's for the next visit...
