Emptied bottles of (what started as mostly full) SB Blend, Barterhouse and Angel's Envy store selection at a weekend party. Good times were had by all.

Johnny Drum Private Stock to the recycle bin. I never had it before and enjoyed it. I didn't find it complex, but I like the cinnamon notes.

Well, I've been fairly busy the last few weeks. I've finished off a few pretty decent bottles recently. The "big blue bin" will be a bit heavier than normal when I set it out tomorrow night. FWIW, I did have a little help with a couple of bottles. A little sharing, a couple of samples, etc. You know the deal.

Left to right:

1. My BIB blend

2. ETL Commemorative

3. Weller 12

4. Binny's 10 year wheated Willett

5. 2008 ER 17

6. Pappy 15

7. Jack Daniels Silver Select

8. Blanton's (my birthday bottle) :frown:

9. Old Forester BIB 375 ml

Cheers! Joe

Emptied a SAOS 8yr BP bourbon (Crown Liquors selection). This was a pretty good one. Lots of fruit and a little dark chocolate.

FRSB- sad to see it go but there was another one right next to it ready to be opened.

Best regards, Tony

Recently finished a FRSB gift shop OESO (12 yr 5 mo), and I'm gonna miss it. I really enjoyed it. It was definitely unique compared to most other bourbons I've had, and could be qualified as "weird" at times. That was part of my allure to it though...I just could never quite figure it out.

My first and only bottle of EC18. Too woody to drink alone but I enjoyed it frequently in a 50/50 mix with ECBP. I doubt I will find another.

Emptied a 4RSB and decanter of SB Blend today and I'm thankful to have replacements for each ready to go in the bunker. Already mixed up my next batch of the "blend" and will let it marry for a week or two before I get back into it. I seem to like my blend ratio best at about 50/50. Plus, it's just easier to empty/open the replacement bottles at the same time.

Just emptied my first bottle of ECBP. As with many bottles, it kept getting better the lower it got. Luckily, I live where it's plentiful so I have quite a few bunkered.

Every time I see that bottle I get a little melancholy inside because of my failed pursuit. Lol. I'm happy you enjoyed sir!!

I was going to save the last 6-7 oz or so into a smaller bottles but after seeing your empty, I felt it was time to enjoy what was left, move on and open a new bottle. A nice large pour to finish off the evening.
