I just picked up two bottles of Elijah Craig Barrel Strength! $49.99/ea. I have never had the Barrel Strength version, so excited to find them.

Snagged a 2014 FR SmB LE from a local store, but maybe not a store you'd expect to find such a bottle.

Was quite happy and it was actually under MSRP. Those kinds of finds are getting more and more rare these days.

Your favorite isn't it Doug? :D

all I can say is that batch 2, the only one Ive seen/bought, didnt sit well with me.........but, I do have to say that it is the most visually appealing bourbon Ive ever seen.

I think you need to come over this weekend and try out another batch (or two). :falling:

Picked up another private selection FR OESQ for a fellow SBer who isn't currently able to make it up to MD to buy one for himself.

ECBP batch 6. I saw and didn't pick up batch 1 when it released and didn't realize what I was passing up. I tasted some at a gathering after the fact and knew immediately that I'd f'd up Glad to have finally corrected that little misstep with a SB assist!!.

I was able to grab a bottle of Booker's for $49.99 which is a good price around here and also a bottle of ECBP Batch #6 for $49.99. I'm really looking forward to doing a SBS of the Booker's with a bottle of Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve (120 Proof) to see what the two years and different proofs do to the flavor profile.

Grabbed a ECBP #6, at 140 proof I'm looking forward to comparing it with some of the other jet fuel releases I've got.

Came home from an expedition in Nepal on Wednesday and bought some Duty Free items. (Australia) Picked up a WT Rare Breed Barrel Proof and Markers 46 as i usually wouldnt pay Aussies exorbitant prices. Then picked up a bottle of Parkers Promise of Hope yesterday to supplement my latest arrivals. This will soften the blow of finishing off my Parkers 27yo.

Went to my new favorite store at lunch today to pick up new Parker's Heritage and ECBP.

When I got there, found they had a bottle of HWMND act 2.4 set aside for me.

Almost managed to get out with a bottle of Balcones 5th Anniversary Single malt, but they got a confirmation message from a buyer in front of me just as he was about to hand it to me.

That might have been me actually, and I think you had the ECBP I wanted...
