Paddy
Some of the HPR's I've had have been pretty darn good, especially the PS bottlings!

Lee (can't find it, always just a bit late to the stores) but I have had both Blanton's and Rock Hill Farms. I really like both but prefer the bigger body (IMO) that RHF has. My stomach has been wonky the last few days so no alcohol for me. The kicker about the HPR I bought was it was $54.99. Expensive and same price as Blanton's and RHF. But HPR was there, and one of the few bourbons that I can find that I haven't tried yet. So I figured it was worth a shot. DeluxeReverb
I asked the owner of the liquor store if he had any special bottles in back. He did, and I came home with Rock Hill Farms and E. H. Taylor Small Batch.
SebastianLloyd
I did a bit of purchasing this spring. Over the past few months I got Stagg Jr., Bookers, RR10, ECBP, Angel Envy and Mitchers SmB. I've opened none yet, but I did finally open my Stagg Jr. from a couple years ago, I believe it's batch 3.

chuckhammer
Picked up a store selection of Four Roses Single Barrel / Barrel Strength at lunch today. OESO mash bill, 115.4 proof, 9 yrs 4 mos in the wood. Looking forward to my first pour. This is my first limited 4R release and I'm a barrel proof fanatic.
ferryjef
Larceny has finally come to Michigan and got a bottle yesterday. The store owner cut it out of the case and put into his system so I could purchase. Excited to try it tonight Edited May 6, 2016 by ferryjef Detail

Auracom
Local store had a small pile of Bookers 2014-06 that sat around for a few years. Split one with a friend last month and really enjoyed it. Went back yesterday and one lonely bottle remained... to the bunker it goes.

I've wondered if my bottle of Hancock was just not the best honestly as it's pretty far from being like the other mashbill 2 that I enjoy. I think my preference these days goes Rock Hill Farms > Elmer T Lee > Blanton's > Bowmans > Hancock for now. I picked up Blanton's Straight from the Barrel. I'm hoping that will over take the RHF when I sample it.
Tennessee Dave
Picked up a bottler of WLW Special Reserve, Larceny and Whistle Pig 10 for some Old Fashioneds. Trying to decide if I like Bourbon or Rye best in the classic Old Fashioned recipe.
Tony Santana
The frequency of my purchases is way down in 2016, but I went kind of nuts today. Learned that the CEHT Seasoned Wood had hit town, and even though the reviews haven't been universally glowing I have all 7 of the other CEHT iterations, so I really wanted to grab a bottle if I could (without resorting to the secondary market). You know, just for completeness sake. And hey, an allegedly at least 10 year old wheat er from BT - gotta try that. Fortunately my main guy saved a bottle for me, so I snapped that up, as well as a Dickel 9/103 store select. And an ER10. And a SAOS 9 year. I guess nothing less than 9 years, and nothing less than 100 proof for me today.

Golferpimp1
Finally found some ECBP here so snagged two of those ( well I grabbed one and the wife was nice enough to stop and get another on her way home), and next to it was a lone bottle of blantons, which I snagged up. Excited for the ECBP, been looking for six months.......
