I'm just glad I could find some this time around. Looking forward to trying these out. Might be a little while though. Got a few bottles that I'm going thru, don't like to have alot of opened bottles at once.

I'll not open a new bottle soon, because, at the time i have 20 opened bottles, so i'm gonna calm down and drink what's opened.

That's a lot . For me probably around 6-9 bourbon bottles max. I'm at 6 right now.

Master of Malt is always good. These came back in a friend's luggage.

They re out of WT 101 8yo. But they are selling a WT8 gold foil 1979 at €426.

Stopped off at one of the local stores at lunch, hoping to get lucky and find a couple of things I haven't been able to find lately.  

 

First I saw this:    and immediately grabbed it thinking I was lucky.

Moseyed on down the aisle a bit and there was one 1.75L bottle of   and immediately knew I was very lucky. 

Snapped them both up and exited the store with a huge smile on my face.

I meant to snap a pic but keep forgetting so i'll add later or continue to forget.  About a week ago I picked up 3 EC12 on front 750s, a SAOS 7 Rye 99pf, a Barterhouse and something else from a tip on here.  Then on my way back from the airport I snagged 2 more EC12 on back 1.75s.  I may actually be set on EC12 now in the bunker... maybe.

I just counted. I only have 18 open bottles....
But I also only have 20 bottles (bourbon and Rye). I have no bunker yet (save for a bottle of Eagle Rare).
I might start trying to stockpile some older EW Single Barrel when I find them. Right now all but two of mine are all open and I enjoy them all (except for the Eagle Rare, which is the only one I have two of, because one was a gift).

I love seeing your photos, Masset1982, especially of bottles like the WT 13 that are not available in the states.

I bought an EC12 with age on back for $28.99. I left one on the shelf. There were also two 1.75  $60ea. age stated on back.

stopped by a grocery store and had to check out the liquor section, still have SAOS SB10 for $45 so I took the last one.  I think they priced it as the 7 year.

The store I was in today had both of those but I passed on them both. The wsr 1.75 was well priced at $39.99 but the colonel Taylor small batch was $69.99!

Today was a good day for the Bunker!  Snagged the 375ml ER10 on the way home, bottled in 2011.  A friend delivered the other three and I want to open the Blanton's pretty bad.  My open bottle count is getting out of hand, 25 on the nose.
