Kane
Very long work day, 4:30am to 7pm. Now a 2oz PH Promise of Hope, then bed.
Richnimrod
Maybe not 'strictly speaking' Bourbon or mauybe it is, according to anyone's own definition... but, I had a couple pours of JDSBBP this afternoon. I hafta agree with Smokinjoe; this is absolutely one of my favorite whiskeys. It is sooooo smooth!... Especially for around 130-proof! Yet, not short on flavor, and also an interesting and satisfying aroma, as well. Just VERY Nice stuff!
Jfletchgu
After putting my crazy toddler boys (age 1.5 and 3) to bed I finally get to sit down and enjoy some Stagg Jr (batch 7) and watch Rightous Kill while relaxing.
kevinbrink
Having a pour of OGD 86 proof while I watch Ovechkin hoist the cup, after many years of watching the Caps battle it out with my Rangers, I have to say I feel good watching a respected rival win.
Clueby
Three nice pours of Stagg Jr. at a restaurant in Vegas drowning my hockey sorrows. No idea what batch but it sure was tasty.

Harry in WashDC
Caps just won the Stanley Cup (been following them off and on for 40 years) beating the VGKs (for whom I have a special place in my heart - Hi, Bill. Jorgie says Hello). SO, since ONE of my favorite hockey teams won while the OTHER fave lost, I split my sips - first, a celebratory JB BIB (a nice pedestrian, widely available BIB that I happen to REALLY like neat and in cocktails) followed by a celebratory/commiseratory sip of ER 10 because the VGKs had an incredible FIRST season. "And so to bed." - Samuel Pepys.

Phil T
Lots of thunder storms rolling through and I'm just sitting on the porch enjoying the view. A healthy pour of HHBIB from the fridge seems appropriate. Edited June 8, 2018 by Phil T
mfly86
Still have some of this left, a nice pour, pretty tasty. I have to agree this is a great pour and was one of my first introductions to Rye.

HH6BIB whilst viewing is all the better.
BigRich
I was at a neighbor’s last night and he recently bought a SA Big Level so I got to try it. I was very surprised how decent it was. You know, because most of the “craft” bourbon out there should really be called “crap” bourbon. All around, it was very nice.
mikeydk
I opened up this Elijah Craig 18 year and raised a glass for Anthony Bourdain. It's not Pappy, his favorite, but it feels appropriate. Finished the night off with a Michters 10yr. Both are good, and I know I'm in the minority around here in regards to Michters.
