LOL Around here it has been getting stocked more regular now. I am just starting, and have a very very very small stash now. 11 closed including 3 ER and 3 Weller SR including a liter today. 3 open including my first taste of Old Frontier 1920 Old Forester I assume?

I have always thought it took three sips to know. The 1920 needed a few more to grow on me. Same weekend I tried some Tin cup 10 Mountain, and knew on the first sip I liked it a lot. 2/3 corn, 1/3 rye. I have still been experimenting on rye. Wow that’s the first time I’ve heard someone say they liked tin cup but every palate is unique.

While I have had and liked several over 100 proof choices, so far I prefer under 100 proof. It was the after burn, I needed to get to know with the Old Forester 1920. I did get to know it, and liked it. The 10 ys mountain had good flavor, and no burn.
Mattk
So I've been trying to complete both these verticals. I'm so happy I just had to share.

I don't much care for the cocktails, so I'm not going to get them. And that 16 is really good. I've got a couple bunkered.
TehRegion219
Added a piece of scrap plywood from the garbage pile at work. The thin sheet metal was starting to give under the weight of the bottles. Now I have more room for a few more bottles…… or I may grab some more wood and make a stair step bottle display.
