Reading through this thread, now I understand why Weller SR has been hard to find. LOL

Around here it has been getting stocked more regular now.

I am just starting, and have a very very very small stash now.

11 closed including 3 ER and 3 Weller SR including a liter today.

3 open including my first taste of Old Frontier 1920

Old Forester I assume?

Lol what did you think of the 1920? That and the 1910 are divine IMO.

I did like the 1920.  I have always thought it took three sips to know.

The 1920 needed a few more to grow on me.

Same weekend I tried some Tin cup 10 Mountain, and knew on the first sip

I liked it a lot. 2/3 corn, 1/3 rye.

I have still been experimenting on rye.

Wow that’s the first time I’ve heard someone say they liked tin cup but every palate is unique.

First I had payed attention to it. Saw it in liquor stores, but passed it by.

So have you heard people say they don't like it ???

Personally, I gagged on it when I tried the regular Tin Cup.  Everyone else I've talked to lovingly refers to it as "Piss Cup Whiskey" :).

Was that the 4 year ?  I had the 10 yr. and the waitress at Tight Ends said it was popular there.

While I have had and liked several over 100 proof choices, so far I prefer under 100 proof.

It was the after burn, I needed to get to know with the Old Forester 1920. I did get to know it, and liked it.

The 10 ys mountain had good flavor, and no burn.

So I've been trying to complete both these verticals. I'm so happy I just had to share.

Probably overkill, but I think these belong in the Cooper vertical as well…

So I'm into the vatted, and am entertaining the idea of trying to track down the different releases. I don't much care for the cocktails, so I'm not going to get them. And that 16 is really good. I've got a couple bunkered.

Added a piece of scrap plywood from the garbage pile at work. The thin sheet metal was starting to give under the weight of the bottles. Now I have more room for a few more bottles…… or I may grab some more wood and make a stair step bottle display.

Some of you have some pretty outrageous (read: jealous) collections!

This is my comparatively meager collection....

Finally got a 4th shelf to reorganize the collection. We started running out of room.

Sorry C, I was just being a smarta**.  In other words, you said we, but I was inferring that it was all your stuff that needed more room. 🙄
