It's still a work in progress, but is big enough to hold a lot of stuff. I tried it out by housing my 4R PS bottles in one part and the KCSB store picks in another. The shelves are adjustable and seem like they can hold the weight without any problem. The KCSB bottles are 2 deep and I could probably put more on there. Eventually I'd love to have a more formal cabinet for part of the bunker, like some have shared on here, but this could do for the bulk of the collection. I thought I had a lot of Four Roses. I think your gold bands outnumber all my PS's.
JoeTerp
Took some pictures last week. The sealed really aren't set up for display purposes. Actually the opens on the bar aren't set up that great for display purposes either. 1. Current bar set up (most of it is open with a few exceptions) 2. Four Roses 3. assorted (ECBP, Stagg Jr, 1792's, Abraham Bowmans, KC's)

My Four Roses stash can almost hang with you a little, but almost all of mine are in boxes because I simply don't have the square footage in the house to put them on shelves. But your KC collection blows anything I've ever seen out of the water. I absolutely LOVE me KC single barrel, but do you really find that much variation with it for all the different private picks? I salute your stash, man. Well done.

It's a lot more challenging to get these since I've had to travel to get them. None are available at VA ABC, so almost all of them came from NC, TN, or KY. They are too good to not open and drink... I had sooooo many of the MGP Single Barrel bottles, but down to just what you see now . Off topic, but in the SAOS vein, do you know how the Dickel SAOS Single Barrel "select" bottles are? Now that it's not MGP, I'm afraid to try them. Cheers! It's hard to say, as I've never been to a liqour store up there. I live in Cincinnati so depending on how close you are to a big city, I could see there being a drastic difference in allocation. WhiskeyBlender
This is taken from my "upstairs" collection in the armoire in my living room. Almost all of these are bourbons, single malt whiskeys, mezcals, and rums I have either created and/or blended, or consulted upon. It isn't a sample of everything from my professional life, but it certainly has some of the ones I'm most proud of. On the bottom row I have a number of barrel samples from active projects that I'm currently working on. This is just a drop in the bucket from my collection. Most of the collection takes up a good deal of the whole downstairs of my house, where I have an in-house lab, which includes an array of bourbons, vintage Armagnacs, single malt whiskeys, alambic style brandies, Cognacs, grappas, eau-de-vies, Australian and Japanese whiskeys, rums, plus an assortment of craft spirits, not to mention hundreds of barrel samples. Unfortunately I can't go down the stairs right now to take picks because of my broken ankle, but I will at some point once I'm healed.
