Just finished dinner, now my bottle of KC SmB 100 is finished as well.. Before this purchase it’d been a bit since having any KC... VERY pleased with the outcome!

Finished off the last of a PHC POH. Classic bourbon profile. Although, I let this sit around too long low on fill and I feel like the last pour really showed a lot of oxidization effects. I drank several bottles of this, sadly this was my last one

Bottle of Four Roses Small Batch was emptied tonight and will head to the big green bin in the morning. Should be the last bottle killed for a little while. Most of the others in the cabinet are at least half full.

Found the bottom of some Weller 107 last night. Normally I would just go grab another one out of the bunker, but that price increase has me rethinking that. Don't get me wrong, I love OWA, but not at $50. Sadly, yet another bottle that I would have consistently open in the cabinet will most likely be opened less and less with the price increase.

I had a very good day today, lots of work. First bottle I saw when I got in my office this afternoon was an almost empty Michters 20y, so off with its head.

This was a very good bottle of bourbon.
