Yeah, I believe that a store can choose to have it bottled between Full Proof, SB, & BiB.  Basically just different proof points.

up until recently bottles wearing "bottled-in-bond" label had some semblance of the very strict 1897 Bottled In Bond Act requirements from back in the day when quality was very much suspect.  I don't know what all the modern requirements are.  But for many people it just means 100 proof and perhaps paper seal?  They used to have a treasury agent assigned to bonded store-houses to watch the barrels.  One famous agent was thirsty John Fitzgerald (of Old Fitz fame).

The first versions of the BiB i saw in my area a couple years ago were mostly store picks.  But I see both now, more non-picks it seems now.
