Stay the course Mike.  I can almost guarantee you will come across this in the $40-45 range eventually. 

 

Aw heck, its Earth Day and I'm feeling warm and fuzzy from my 5 year old telling me he wanted to wake up and go pick up trash outside.  I'll back that guarantee.  If you are still coming up on empty by Thanksgiving shoot me a PM and we'll get you sorted.

 

Now only a few more hours until I can work on an entirely different warm and fuzzy feeling. . .

I failed to mention this earlier but, I was at a different store where the had the EhTSmB for $35! So I know it exists but I bought a Blanton's at $50 and they wouldn't let me get both.

Nice price for either. I would have gone with the Blantons also; but an EHT SiB would have been a tougher decision...

They had a bottle of this at the state liquor store for $300. I was really intrigued, but I haven't tried it before, and the price made me pucker.

I keep seeing overpriced bourbons that I keep passing on, but I'm afraid if I name them I will just be committing unacceptable micro-aggressions against sensitive little tater flowers. After all, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings here.🙄

This is an inadvertently pass as my good buddy that is a fellow vet (still in) was shopping at the class 6 and told me of some ECBP for $60 no tax! Of course I said yes and make that 2 please. He sent me a pic and with all the great prices I was left wondering what I was missing. As long as he goes back I won’t have a problem 😉.  EC handle for $42?! I asked him about case discounts too!

 

*1st time I have seen the new bottle of WT 101 Rye. It’s hiding.

Ha, I thought he was referring to the Elijah Craig for $21.99 / bottle.

The bottom is the bottom row of bottles...not the floor, so 1, 2, 3 up all the way left is Elijah Craig on sale.

I was possibly visualizing from the Turkey's perspective.  It would feel like it's on the far left facing us.

 

And, I used to teach English as a second language (ESL).

And this, my friends, is the current state of an American education (J/K)!  😂

 

FYI, I spent more than a few years as a member of the USA Swimming Rules Committee.  The most valuable folks when we were debating rules changes were people who had to learn English as a second language and NOT native American (not necessarily English) speakers.  🥴

MM101 at an ABC store in Va.

 

I like it okay, but chose MM 46 Cask Strength Limited Edition instead.

Passed on Old Overholt 11yr. Not technically bourbon but they placed it in that aisle anyway. May go back tomorrow, for $75 isn’t too bad.
