Not sure how this ended up in Louisiana, but there are quite a few long tales that start in that fashion. Trying my best to support the locals before Total Wine opens here next week. Had to wait a hal

I was in Houston yesterday and came across this RB 27y and just couldn’t pass it up.

3-4 different sources for all of the below. 2021 proceeding pretty similar to 2020 as far as stockpiling...

I picked up two, what looks to to be good juice, while in Houston earlier this week. I have never had anything from the An Orkney Distillery. Should be interesting.

Yeah I’m mostly a peat head when it comes to scotch. Between peat and spicy WT bourbon I guess I like the extremes. The 24 year old Kirkland was a gift from work for a project. Previous iterations have been nice sherried expressions of unknown provenance so I have high hopes for this one.

PC10 has become my go-to for peat. It is so well balanced.

Also congrats on stopping the bomb with only 2 seconds to spare!

My wife got me this bottle for our anniversary today.  It’s themed around a favorite show of ours (Still Game).

Thanks to some secret help from @GeeTen & @Clueby, it was a great surprise today. 🥰

This is a cool series-- certainly breathes a bit of youth into the Special Releases.

Some more arrivals this week. The 15 took a hit last night, between two of us naturally. 😬

Have you tried that 2021 Longrow 18 yet?  Curious as to your thoughts...

That new Longrow Red is GREAT.  Less wine cask influence than normal, which makes it a great 10 year Longrow that compares favorably to the 10 year age-stated Springbank and Hazelburn, if that makes sense.

I don't own a Scotch from Campbeltown. What's your top 3 from there that I need to add? Top 5 actually.
