I has a drink of OGD 114 tonight. Really good stuff for the price for sure.

I started with a HW Double Rye I gave my friend for his birthday (and told him at the time he had to share it with me, I'm a bad gift giver). Then we opened an EC18, which was very nice. It was my first time with that one. We capped off the evening with tiny pours of Stagg. Now I'm ready for bed!

Lots went down the hatch this weekend while barbecueing and hanging out with friends: JTS Brown BIB, JW Dant BIB from the eighties, a mid-seventies Beam decanter, Michter's Unblended American Whiskey, Zeppelin Bend, 2007 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon, Eagle Rare 10/90 and 10/101 and a dash of 2008 Pappy 15. Loved 'em all!

Some Old Heaven Hill BIB while making a pork roast in the oven. This is a great pour on days I don't drink a bottle of OGDBIB.

Cooled down enough to sip on a little FR1B selected by merchants pkg.

I'm enjoying a bit of this tonight too, Josh. They picked a good barrel. Nice price, too.

Four Roses Single Barrel that I received courtesy of a kind fellow SBer. I think this is the best 4 Roses I've ever had. Luckily, I discovered it's from a local store so there's hope for snagging another bottle.

Sky, this is a good little bottle of whiskey that at time gets overlooked with all the chatter about the premiums...

With some time off from work, I have been tasting lots of different things. I have to say the 6 year old HH BIB is a great pour. Anybody that likes Knob, should try it!

Braves on the radio, and a delicious pour of B&B Package's Private Barrel selection of Elijah Craig 18 in my glass. A gorgeous sipper.

Polished off a bottle of OGD 114 and followed it with a pour of ETL CnB #18. This bottle is getting low so I may have to take a trip down to CnB soon!

Last night was weird. Usually I pick a pour and stick with it.

Started with 4RSmB before supper, went on to HH Gold label, Beam rye, EC12, and my own vatting of Old Forester signature and Beam rye. All tasted pretty good for a change. The 4R blows the others away, but they all had something to offer.
