sutton
Was in NJ on business again and saw at least 4 Handy (didn't check vintage), and a bunch of Ritt BiB on the shelf - strange since some have stated a problem finding rye in NJ. PM me if you want to know where.
Young Blacksmith
Went to the flea market in Canton, TX today, passed up quite a few empty decanters, and one empty ER101 bottle in a wooden box. It was nice to see some of the styles and things, but I don't want empty bottles hanging around the house like that....
jakew
Actually saw an AH Hirsch 16 yr on the shelf today. Too bad it was $650.Same store also had a $185 bottle of Stagg sitting in the front window baking in direct sunlight all day.
Trey Manthey
I spotted the new Elijah Craig 20 year on the shelf for $120 today...next to a throng of the 18 year for $40. Aside from two extra years in the barrel, you'd think for the extra $80 we'd at least get a fancy new bottle. Not that I care about such things. fishnbowljoe
I went to the grocery store yesterday. Of course I stopped in the liquor area. Last time I was there they had two bottles of JRPS 17 Batch 1. Only one left now. Someones buying it, but it's not me. I passed. I liked it well enough, but not for $85.
