Crowes
Which market? I ask because on of the stores I frequent just received 2 different bottleings of EC12 as well, but I only bought 1.G.S. Market on Woodward. Same place? If so which one did you get?
OutlawSW
G.S. Market on Woodward. Same place? If so which one did you get?Yep that's it, great place!! I got the 4th barrel, the owner said the 4th barrel yielded much less than the 5th barrel, so he would have the 5th around longer, I figured I would try that one later. Have you tried both? Let me know how you like it.Yeah, I like that place. He's a cool dude. It's right down the street from my office. He hooked me up with bottle of Pappy so he's good by me. Crowes
Josh, he also has some special bottlings of single barrel BT and EWSB 02, just so you know. Those he got in over the summer so his stock is starting to get a little thin. I would guess he still has about twenty or so bottles of both. Just in case either of those float your boat.Just tasted the 5th barrel of the EC12. Great. I'll follow up with some flavor profiles in the "Drinking" thread. tanstaafl2
Didn't get any bourbon today but I did secure a couple of bottles of Irish Whiskey (Concannon that someone mentioned recently out of curiosity and the Irishman 70 because I got a hankering for it after mentioning it in another post earlier today) as well as the bottle of VWFRR that was being held for me (One of the C series numbers that has been noted by others). The VWFRR will get opened on a special occasion! In fact I am thinking this weekend is looking rather special...

portugieser
Hi all,First post on this great forum. Bourbon has been my "go to" for years but I finally started purchasing a wider array of products and higher end bourbons this year. That led me to this forum which, in turn, further increased my excitement in some of the great bourbons on the market. Which led me to finding a George T. Stagg about two weeks ago that is, hand's down, my all time favorite. So much so that I searched high and wide and have been now secured an additional two bottles, with the last one purchased yesterday for $90. Not cheap by any means, but worth it for me. Cheers
