50/50 vat of WLW '12 and '13 cut down to ~115 proof. Solid! WLW '13 neat was dominated by the ABV for my taste buds...

EC12 store pick that ended up being just over 14yrs. Just buttery smooth. Not the usual charcoal bite of the EC12.

If i weren't afraid HH would charge 3x EC12 for it, i'd recommend they bottle it at 14.

That's a good product, lot more than the regular Dickel for sure.

Tonight I'm relishing in new found bliss. Been floundering for a regular pour ever since EC18 demise. Found a Henry McKenna SB BIB that was really great and cleaned the shelf of that barrel. Next experiment is to sample other barrels to see how they compare.

I don't remember my first pour tonight, as it was purely an attempt to stop the pain from a biyatch of a week...:crazy: But, now I'm chilled and sippin' on a HHSS as I regroup...

That is one heck of a regroup! Carry on soldier.

I also had a beyotch of a week so I promptly poured a WT101 when I got home. It's the second pour of the full bottle to replace the little sample bottle that opened my eyes. It's hitting the spot ever so nicely. Can't decide if I stick with it for the next pour or move up shelf with a member of the Stagg family.

Rearranged last night and found a WT101 bottle with a few slurps left in it, so I will go for that as well.

Airtime has ... not changed this bottle in the slightest. Solid, spicy, doing its job right now.

Started tonight with some Russel's Reserve 10, followed by CEHT SmB, and maybe finishing up with 1/2 a Glencairn of OGD114 to finish the bottle (not enough for 2 separate pours). I say maybe cause I may have to go for a fourth pour tonight depending on how the OGD treats me.

CEHT Small batch... I feel like I'm never going to kill this bottle no matter how many people I share it with. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing I'm in love with.

Closing out with a super sweet off profile ETL, an older pick from Kenwood Liquors Oaklawn, followed by the always promising AAA 10yr, and a super pedestrian OESV bottled for a bar here in Chicago. Longing to pour something crazy good to end on a high note. Cheers all!
