Jfletchgu
Rearranged my bonus room and made a new bourbon corner. Just wanting to add a whiskey barrel on the side and I'll be all set.

ABVT
stash with a highlight of the the brand and bottles that got me interested in bourbon - Namely HW DR. Bought it primarily! Now I lead towards Beam / ECBP. All at MSRP! (Ohio or TPS)

Back when I first started buying HW (in college) the DR was well worth the 30$. I don't think the new stuff is quite the same. I have a bottle of American Prairie with "Batch 10" on it but its pretty unremarkable, so I'll limit my praise to the older bottlings of DR and RR. 0895
I fell in love with Rendezvous Rye after the wife got me a bottle for our anniversary about 5 years ago. Luckily I saw the writing on the wall and stockpiled older bottles of that and Double Rye as I came across it. Still remains a favorite around our house. The newer release bottles are ok, but I have no regrets about my past hoarding. They are still out there too. Last Thanksgiving, I found some 2013 Rendezvous Rye in Chicago at a large chain retailer, so you just never know.

Where in Chicago? Heading back up next month.

Patrick_OKC
I know there have been a few threads about members using spreadsheets to track their bunker contents over the years. I used to download the full list of whiskey reviews from the LA Whiskey Society when they still allowed it, and I would use that as a handy way to track what I had on hand, and what I might want to try next. I am still using a version I downloaded in September 2013 as my inventory tracking tool. These days I use it primarily to note fallen soldiers / newly emptied bottles, as opposed to new buys. I see a lot of folks on BeerAdvocate.com use Excel, and that makes a lot of sense given the wide variety of brews available these days. MM818
Came home with a new piece of furniture. The good news is I got bottles off my closet floor. The bad news is I still have bottles in three places.
Swervin&Bourbon
Random assortment of my unopened bottles (few beers snuck in the pic). All opened bottles stay in the liquor cabinet upstairs.

I know around here it is referred to as "the cult," but in my group we call ourselves Four Roses Degenerates. I hit a bit of a lull in my love of Four Roses at one point, but it has roared back with a vengeance. While they weren't all released this year (for example, a gold neck OBSK I have been drinking that is fantastic), I have had a bunch of really great Four Roses picks in 2020. And after the 2019 LE SmB being a home run, I have high expectations for the 2020. Some friends and I have a vertical of the 2013 through 2020 LE SmB scheduled for Friday, very much looking forward to that. My wife's favorite bourbon (in drinks, she won't sip neat) is Four Roses SmB and I joke with her that I'm just going to drink through everything else so that one day it will be nothing but Four Roses for us. But clearly that is just a joke! I think I have largely honed in on what I like, but it turns out that it is lots of different stuff.
