I enjoyed this pleasant little bottle. I was determined to empty it tonight to get it off the floor of my pantry. I’m on yam and cranberry sauce duty tonight so figured small batch couldn’t get me off my prep game.

I have to say, this is the most disappointing ECBP I've had to date and I've had most of them since the change from the pirate bottles.  Not that it's bad.  It's not.  It's good.  It's just not up to the usual ECBP greatness.

Tonight we made gingerbread and improvised with a New Riff Balboa rye bottle as a rolling pin.

I had a grenade that I was gonna give to @Galvin0791  as a thank you for the retirement bottles he gave me. I looked for it, but couldn’t find it. 😬 So, I checked my spread sheet. I reckon I drank it it cause it wasn’t on my spread sheet. Oooops. :wacko:

Finished off a really good, solid bottle of Weller special reserve. Always a good, dependable, know what you are getting poor…

I don't know if it's gotten better or my palate has shifted, but I agree.  It has been really good lately (as in the past couple years).  Just something about that slightly syrupy sweet cinnamon red hot candy thing that I enjoy the heck out of.

rocks/single old fashioned glass, 750ml bottle, kinda big pour as I couldn't leave a few drips in the bottle. I went with the big pour vs 2 small pours.
