Paddy
After depleting my bunker, I finally snagged my first bottle of the "new" WTRB. Since I abhor the "new" label, I'm hopeful that the contents of the bottle help me get over it. Why these guys think that they have to keep reinventing the wheel is obviously beyond my limited mental capacity.

thebwood
2 value sippers on sale and a weekend pour on sale too: Dickel 12 (17.99); JBB (14.99); and KC Single Barrel (28.99). Nothing fancy, but all great bourbons I can enjoy without worrying about my bank account. OK, Dickel isn't bourbon, but its still great American whiskey. garbanzobean
Went out looking for Old Forester Signature and Four Roses Single Barrel. Struck out on the Old Fo', picked up a store select standard 4RSB (8yrs, 6 months) for $30.99. I sampled a friend's bottle from the same barrel, and it's excellent. jp_stargazer
Yesterday I bought a box/bottle of Booker's, C07-B-7 which was the selection Chuck Cowdery most recently participated in (according to his blog). I probably won't open it any time soon though, since I currently have one opened (C06-B-?). While I really like Booker's, I don't go through it that quickly. Bourbon on my top shelf is for "special" occasions...a designation assigned very arbitrarily. Jason
