Finished off this very tasty W.B. Saffell tonight. Is it worth the money? At the price point WT has it at, that's debatable, but it's a bourbon I really enjoyed drinking. No regrets at all.

Price is borderline at $50. A local chain was blowing them out late last year for $29.99. A buy all day for that number. Really enjoyable pour. Proof is on point and has nice complexity.

That my friend, is a great idea (KC infinity)!

Thanks!   I liked the idea as well, and already decided that there will probably be a Turkey and 4R infinity project coming soon as well!   Funny that a normal infinity bottle never appealed to me as a project, but one specific to distillery or release really really does.

I keep a 4R one.

Its deliciously weird.

Typically, I prefer to only mingle like distillate, as I feel it works out better for my tastes.

I'm incredibly excited to see this in my area. I'm a big fan of the BiB. I assume this is an improvement over the BiB?

Probably the best MMPS I’ve had so far.
Sweet liquid chocolate all the way.
Sad to see it go, but happy about the open shelf space!

They are both very good.  I like everything that I've had from New Riff, and I've tried several.

Finished off an ETL. This one was much better than my last bottle (thank goodness), but still not as good as the bottle before that.

A good pour nonetheless.

Cheers

Good to hear some of the barrels may be on their way back up.

I can't wait until the stocks are so heavy, we can get private picks of Elmer again.

This bottle I just finished, was from a very old barrel.  Not sure what that means, regarding future bottles.

Cheers

Sad to see them gone but we enjoyed them much more than when they were sealed.

Did you have help from some of the Indy crew Eric? ?

All this time lurking SB with its resident experts, but this is the first time I'm seeing that Old Rip 12yr bottle in my life. What is it, drop some education on me please?

Old Rip 12/105 done as an export for the Japanese market IIRC. Bottled at Hoffman in Lawrenceburg.

I Can guess!!  It was you-know-who, at you-know -where, at the usual time, with you-know-what.  Did that thing happen again?  ?
