A McScrooge's Single Barrel Pappy 15. My all-time favorite pour. One of the last of the SW Pappy 15's. AAAAHHHHH!!!!! :yum: Oh my, this is like liquid Heaven.

I did have Rittenhouse BIB before dinner yesterday and WRSO after and they both tasted very good. Late at night I had to take a fernet branca to calm my stomach after all the hilarious eating around Christmas and the New Year celebration.

GTStagg and WLarueW, neat.

It's finally Larue and Stagg weather here in the Mitten.

Real cold yesterday, last night and now.

The Larue and Stagg no longer need water added.

Having some KC and Coke while converting some of my old vinyl albums to MP3s. Then I'll store them on itunes and be able to burn CDs of them. Joe

And I did. It is better in the glass. The glass keeps the deep rich flavors longer. It is great in both, but the Glass is the victor

Tonight i'm going to start out with some early 70s OF Prime, fire up a cigar on the balcony, and brave the cold moving up to some Pappy 15 and Perhaps WLW 08.

Nothing yesterday but a pour of Rittenhouse Bib before dinner today and a JDSS with the apple pie for dessert. Both tasted real good but the JD was superior today.

It's Monday so I'll lay low with my old brown label Wild Turkey 80 proof, neat.

It's young, it's from another era, it's got char, it's Turkey.

Nice. I passed up one of them babies a while ago. Maybe I shouldn't have.

Finishing off my OFBB 2007 tonight. This is just a great whiskey. Love the caramel on this, reminds me of the caramel blondies my mom used to make. So great.

Elijah Craig 18yo, neat.

Barreled in 1990, this one is far superior to the ones barreled in the '80's.

This Old Charter 7 yr Bottled in Bond is really magnificent tonight. Thick corny sweetness, with an ample rye and proof kick. Really, really good. I have always enjoyed this pour, but tonight it seems even better than ever. This puppy is mid-thigh, and inside half of the dish. AKA...My Wheelhouse.

Started the night with some cheap EW green label, then onto WTRB, and maybe some OGD BIB to finish.
