A liter of OWA in the old squat bottle. Not sure I can find a number on the bottom of the bottle, but the UPC is BT.

The date should be opposite the anchor, but it can be very difficult to make out sometimes. There will also be a dot matrix printed in ink date code on the bottom and/or on the side of the bottle.

Went into my local liquor store today with the intention of buying a Loch & K(e)y Society JPS18, but instead I decided on grabbing two bottles for about $20 less: Loch & K(e)y Society OWA, and a Loch & K(e)y Society Private Selection Four Roses Single Barrel OESO 9 years 5 months, 55.7 ABV, Warehouse SN (maybe 5N?), Barrel 89-1B. Couldn't help myself, it got cracked in the store, and a little impromptu tasting ensued in back, highlighted by the 4R and an Exclusive Malts 11 year old Bowmore that I'm definitely going to buy a bottle of, but that's a post for another thread and time. I love when a noontime visit to the liquor store leads to such good times.

Picked up a FR1B private selection at McScrooge's on the way back from KY. I was a little disappointed that FR ran out of both gift shop selections the day I visited.

Same here, although we did score some 2012 4RSBLE here in Bardstown. Missed you at the gazebo last night!

I went out of town for a few days and came back to VWSR Lot "B", St. George Lot 12 and FRLE 13. That's a nice wife. Great man flowers.

Did a lot less shopping between Frankfort/Bardstown than I thought - mainly some pint/half-pints of stuff I wanted just a taste of (some Fighting Cock 6yr, OGD BIB). Other than the 2012 FRSBLE, only other 750 mL was an AAA 10 yr (to go with my lonely AAA 10 star!)

FRSB LE '13,VWFRR,ORVW 10-107,FRSB OESK GS,FRSB OBSF and several ECBP's and being the deranged individual that I am I even managed a few Binny's FRSB selections on the way back home from Kentucky well,it was on the way.

Grabbed a Weller 12 year, and though it's not bourbon, I find it worth noting that I purchased my first bottle of Scotch in over a year, a Macallan 12. I've decided to start expanding my horizons.

For the second consecutive trip to Bardstown, I showed great restraint in my purchases. this time around I brought home single bottles of WTRR Single Barrel, EC Barrel Proof, AAA 10yr, Fighting Cock and a pair of FRSB 2013's.

I did enjoy helping to spend other people's money though.

OOPS! That would have been something now, wouldn't it? That should have been 2012.

After a few drinks of it you can call it whatever vintage you want. The 2012 is good stuff, but I'm sure you already know that:cool: Enjoy!

Technically it was Saturday, since all of a Texas is dry of spirits on Sunday, 49R1B LE2012 & 4RSBLE 2012 and 4 dusty finds

I picked up some more Weller 12 over the weekend. Also picked up a bottle of EWSB 2002, and a bottle of JB Black for mixing Manhattans.
