Had a couple Centennials last night and was impressed. Founder's just recently hit Houston and I'm glad they did. It reminds me of a more flavorful version of DFH 60. It's done very well - lots of citrus hops flavor with malt to balance things out so that it doesn't get too bitter.

You'll be digging the Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale when the weather turns cool. (Does the weather turn cool in Houston?)

I'll be on the lookout.

...does it ever get cool in Houston? That's realtive I guess, but to me, not really. Winters are very mild and rarely get below 60 during the day. Quite nice if you don't like cold weather. I don't even own a winter coat.

I'm going to try an UpSlope IPA in a little while. We'll see how it compares.

I had a couple of Arcadia Hop Mouth today.

I love this stuff, it's so good with any kind of food.

And I find myself needing food while drinking it, love Hop Mouth.

Picked up a couple 6ers of Zombie Dust, a Heavy Seas Greater Pumpkin, and a buddy grabbed some Southern Tier Pumking, and Prairie Hop today huzzah!

Littlesmokinjoe started at the High School a couple of weeks ago, and tonight is the school's first home football game. She proudly announced that she would be going with two of her new friends. Uh-oh... So, the delicious Sierra Nevada Tumbler I was going to savor got slammed in 30 seconds, I found my binoculars, and am trying to find a way to plant a GPS and wiretap onto her purse, before I head out to see the game I didn't know I was going to...:cry: Do y'all think she would mind if I insisted she sit by me in the stands...:crazy:

Someone, please tell me this gets easier...

ZD was plentiful in Lex, and the Hop came from Florence. Not sure how much of that there was. Let me know how it works out and maybe I'll come see you guys during KBF!

You're killing me Joe. Let's make a deal, you figure it out now, and 12 years from now I can ask you the same question!

Oh, and I had a Green Flash IPA with lunch today. Nothing like a beer in the afternoon.

I'm probably most definitely an idiot, but whose barrels are your barrels? And when will this delightful concoction come about? Barrel aged Moloko sounds pretty fantastic!
