A splash of bonded OGD after prepping the driveway for the arctic vortex (cool band name, BTW).

It helps calm my cough (no, really).

Starting off with some FRSmB 2013 and when that got almost done added some FRSB as that gets down will add some FRYL.

It is a Four Roses kind of day.

Best regards, Tony

I'm on my second two fingers of OFS BIB, watching the Bengals get their @$$ handed to them by the Chargers.

And let me add, what a great pour this is for a $21 bourbon.

My wonderful wife made me a tasty hot toddy using Knob Creek to have after I came in from shoveling snow. Tastes so good I think I'll have a straight up pour of KC as a chaser.

When SF-Packers started, I started a keep-me-warm Bowman Brothers (90 proof version of Va. Gentleman) which the sales lady at the distillery told me is the successor to "The Fox". My last bottle of The Fox disappeared about 5 years ago. Peppery but not too hot, just like I remember. My bottle of Bowman w/the ginger beer finish awaits.

Watching Packers-Niners with some EW 1783. I hear that Miller Lite is now available in the original can "for a limited time." Made me wish I could get 1783 "for a limited time" in the old bottle that said 10 YO instead of just No. 10.

Finished shoveling snow for the third time today. Going to relax my muscles with some Evan Williams Black on ice.

After a third pour of OFS BIB, I had a 4R1B and now working on some 1st generation EC12 BP. Great ballgame between SF and GB.

Is the OFS similar to OFBB? I know its not the same, but can you taste the family resemblance?

Jon, I've only had the '12 BB, and to me it tasted absolutely nothing like the BIB, and was much lighter in mouth feel and flavor.

Agreed. I shared one with my dad who has sipped on common bourbons for about 45 years or so. He said, "Damn, that's good, where can I get another." He had a gathering of old buddies who met at a remote cabin on an island. They had a bonfire and dad pulled out the second bottle of OFS BIB to pass around the fire. The guys gushed over it and the bottle didn't last too long.

I can't relate to the snow that you speak of, but I'm also having my Evan Williams Black over a few cubes of ice.

On deck is OWA 107.

Pulled out a saved 50 ml bottle of Parker's golden anniv. Wow, do I love this one. Tim
I have to agree and that is the bottle that threw me into the super premium world.
