Killed this SB select of BT, picked by a local SBer. Went through this one way to quick. Wish I had another one. Did get another BT SB select on deck, I'll post my comments in the what did you open today thread.

This one was great all the way through. From clearance rack to trash can and now a little of him lives in my solera for eternity.

Both have really nice noses but the older Fifth bottle is more floral while the newer handle has a much sweeter smell. I prefer palate and finish on the older one, not as sweet.

Nice lamp but the real winner in this pick is the ECBP with the $43 price tag, and I thought I did good with my $53 purchase.

EWSB 2004 store pick from Liquor Outlet hit the bin.  A solid bourbon from first pour to the last drop.

Tonight saw the end of a stellar Henry McKenna BIB. Got a couple bunkered but soon to be pretty rare round these parts I think.

Went pretty quick for me.  This was my 1st Buffalo Trace bottle purchase. It was in the bunker for a while. 

 Funny thing about this bottle. I bought it a while back in an attempt to start a relationship with a local store (didn't pan out.)  The funny part is, I won out, because I found out I like BT.

Not a good pic, but then it wasn't a very good bourbon either. Will not be replacing it, too many others I like better.

Very nice! I have lamps made from Bushmill's bottles at home. A shame there isn't some kind of amber colored resin material you could put in the bottle to make it look like a lamp made out of a full bottle of booze!

Wish I could find it to make it a daily pour. Haven't seen one  yet this year

I enjoyed this one all the way through, but seemed to me the last several pours were better - less sweet maybe.
