Opened up with a nice pour of EC NAS, then decided to go to the archives for a 1 finger pour of from an '84 ER 101.

Well I was getting the fresh bread note on the nose but I'm definitely curious to see if you get it too.

I was definitely getting something different I'll let you know to get back to this.

Opened the 1982 Ten High and let me tell ya it was awful. The 1974 Beam was much more flavorful even though it had previously been opened. Thanks to a friend who got these from her old family stash and let me sample them.

Wait what?

I think he was making a reference to a totally different kind of 1911, and I have to agree with DCFan that it is highly regarded by many! [emoji6]

While the 1911 is highly regarded I myself am a Glock guy so I prefer the 21. ;)

Just like with bourbon and scotch, I just can't pick one brand or variety. [emoji3]

That is one mighty impressive bar you have there, sir! I hope mine is as stocked as yours some day...

Love the reloading station too! I used to reload my own rounds until I became infatuated with Glocks (the Glock bulge on the casing isn't conducive to reloading ammo).

Cheers!

I love both of those rooms. Unfortunately, my storage, in both cases, is scattered in multiple rooms and closets, and nowhere near that neat and tidy...but someday, in the not too distant future, I'm going to correct that problem.

Opened a 1792 Single Barrel. Not the biggest fan of the nose but the rest is pretty good.

Cheers!
