Not really bourbon & too tired for tasting notes.

All you need to know is that it's delicious!

130 point something proof.

Been a long day.... :)

In this forum, it counts as bourbon.

Too lazy to post last night but had some WSR followed by EC12 (back label stated) while watching Designated Survivor.

Best JD products on the market. I’m loving this.

Finally opened a 10yr SB of Belle Meade.  Damn it's really good!  Should have bought two earlier in the year.

Out of interest did they have the 2017 ORVW release, haven't seen any mention of it around these parts yet? That price is pretty amazing especially considering I saw a lot B advertised in the North end at $74 a pour!

Yes, they only have the latest, sell at reasonable prices, and sell out fast.

I decided that I wanted to have something different tonight. Sooooooo, I decided to open a sample that I received a while back courtesy of the Bardstown Boubon Company. (Thanks again Vosgar. ;))  It's Collabor&tion, (not misspelled) and as the name suggests, it's from the Bardstown Bourbon Company/Copper & Kings. It's a 10 year old, 94 proof non chill flittered bourbon, finished in Muscat Mistelle barrels. To tell ya' the truth, I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I surprised. :o I really like it. If the BBC/CK ever release this, I'd buy it in a heartbeat if the price wasn't too over the top.

Cheers! Joe

Closed a huge deal at work today, so I'm having a small celebratory pour of the good stuff!

Henry Mckenna 10 with a splash of pikesville rye (up the proof a tad and add some more rye kick to it) in an old fashioned made with homemade bitters and cherry

As Fatboy Slim would sing "right here, right now."

Had a pour of the bourbon of the year ECBP B517 & HWMWND. While I enjoyed both,  I love HWMWND. I hope they release a couple more acts and the price doesn't get too crazy. I know it's a NDP rye but it's so good.

Too many noobs in the game. Can't wait until supply catches up with demand.

Huzzah.
