Absolutely delicious. The tragedy is that it is near impossible to find near me. I personally didn’t like it as much as a couple earlier batches but some have been among my favorite bourbons ever. It was outstanding on its own merits.

I used this week to finish off the last pours from these four bad boys.  Maybe I'm just easy, but ALL of these tasted great to me!  

 

Time to promote some bottles from the bunker to the cabinet...

Yes Virginia, people really do drink these bottles instead of flipping them or leaving them on the shelf. If I'm good, hopefully Santa will bring me a new one for Christmas.

Killed the infinity bottle last night.

I think it’s cool you killed the infinity bottle but I think the goal of these is that you put what’s left of a near empty bottle into it and maybe take a small pour afterwards but you never empty this.

Bought a 1792 full proof store pick a few weeks ago on sale and really enjoyed it.  I think it’s time to check back by that store and see if there’s any left.
