JCwhammie
I didnt purchase it today. A buddy of mine bought it a while back, he's had a few pours, and he wasn't a fan. Im the beneficiary. I had the smallest of pours a bit ago. Maybe it's because it's the first whiskey I've had today, but it was HOT. I'll try it again later. I love other OF between 95 and 115, so I'll also tinker with proofing it down.

Clueby
I haven't been able to post from my phone for some reason lately. Picked up the 2 SAOS picks thanks to a friend. Had a "budget" trip to the store the other day and just had to try the JB Orange. I like most things orange. Its actually not terrible. Smells like a Sunkist orange soda. I'm having a cocktail with it mixed with tonic right now.

Marekv8
My second bourbon purchase of 2021, and another lottery win. I'm a fan of complex lower proof spirits-- so the specs suit me fine.

Back in day I drank lot of Jack because that's what my leathers clad Waylon Jennings crowd drank. After while I found it to be good but over priced, over hyped. Of course it had it's fans. Not sure whatever happened to user "Silverfish" but he liked it so much he bought barrel and put it in his basement. anywho, I've mentioned this one before. Like all Jack, it might be overpriced. It is good and different up front, not whole lot after but a gives little bit. If you're in the store throwing away money, give this one a gander. I love the JDSBBP and, at South of $70.00, it's a bargain for a really good cask strength whiskey.
JakeySnakes
Took a little excursion to a neighboring state, and stopped by one of my favorite package stores. Nice to see they had some store picks in. The EC SB is 9yrs 10months. The BT SB was the last of the 750s they had, so grabbed a 375 along with it, which they had a few left. Good to add another ER as a backup, and OF100 for some reason is nonexistent around me, so had to grab one.
