cigarnv
Wet and damp in DC area today so I settled in with a ER 101 and a Cohiba Siglo VI tubo. I suspect it is from 2007/8. Great construction and a perfect burn. Dark Colorado wrapper and a nice grassy / roasted nut flavor profile.

foxflyer5
i had the Fonseca 5-50 last week, which i really liked.and then over the weekend i picked some Blantons to go with a couple smokes. i had the Olivia O Robusto and the Robusto Maduro. thought the maduro was much better, had a more balanced flavor and a bit of sweetness to it, whereas the other was a bit bitter. fricky
Last night I had an Arturo Fuente Opus X 1992 Rare Estate Reserve along with the last of my tax-stamped, dimpled bottle of Old Forester BIB. It was a great pairing; however, any cigar goes well with any bourbon or rye.

cigarnv
Enjoying my first Ashton ESG. Good flavor but mild. Received this in trade.IMO a way over priced cigar.... I enjoy the plain old Ashton corona's... great cigar. If I am feeling flush (or if Greg is buying) I grab an Ashton VSG Illusion which is one of the few premium cigars IMO is worth the $$$. barturtle
Enjoyed a EO 601 Black Robusto before making dinner. I'm not normally a Connecticut wrapper smoker, but today it was quite nice, with a cafe au lait flavor following a lightly spiced opening. Medium-Full bodied.
