All over the place last night.  Started by finishing off a bottle of RY 10 y.o. SiB, followed that with a FR PS OBSF, 9 y.o. 121.2 proof and ended up with some Larceny.

This could be my new favorite. Or at least Friday, Aug 3rd 2018's favorite...

Starting the evening with a nice 2 ounce pour of Early Times BIB. Hits all the right spots and at only around $25 bucks a liter.

I had to celebrate.  My son's first day of preschool was a big success.  Out of what's open, poured WSR.  This was the first Weller I had seen in the wild for years.  Seen in the wild means a friendly employee had it behind the counter.

Thanks to a very generous fellow SB'er, I'm enjoying my first taste of the old Traditions import version, 101 proof and NAS.  They may not state the age for this one but I can sure taste it in there.  Nice.  Great sample!

SBS HHBIB and OWA 2018. HHBIB surprisingly is the better pour...in my opinion.. at least tonight.  OWA has been my unofficial frontrunner for some time now but this is eye opening. Will have to put the HH up against the W12 in the near future.

Tonight I had a pour from a couple of WTKS store picks and they were both excellent.

Now, going to finish the night with a pour of Liquor Barn OESK 9yr 10mo.  This bottle is gettin' low.

Bought a bottle of Ezra Brooks, 90 proof, to use in making some Bourbon Brown Sugar Bacon Candy to take to a party.  It was on sale for $11.99.  Decided to take a little nip while making my bacon candy and I was pleasantly surprised.  It's not high proof but it's not 80 proof either.  Actually tasted pretty good, especially when you take into account that it was only $12.

Been a little while since I've drank this, still going strong. Nice sweetness.

Finished off the last pour of a OESK from LB.

Now poured myself a personal blend of WT Diamond Anniversary combined with Rare Breed 112 proof just to give the Diamond the little boost that it needs.  The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

I think if I were on a desert island and that's all I could have, I could definitely live with that quite happily.

It’s pretty good. Much lower proof than I normally drink (<90) but tasty.
